Foods have been labeled as good and evil, and I remember when it was even a sin to eat fruit. ALL THE SUGAR WILL MAKE YOU FAT! Stop.
You can lose weight eating every meal at MacDonald’s; you can lose weight eating nothing but ice cream and candy bars; you can lose weight by only eating all that sinful fruit.
There are no good and bad foods. Part of learning how to fuel your body is learning and understanding that you don’t need to feel guilty about that giant ice cream cone you are eating.
There was a time where I would eat something and feel so guilty throughout the day that I’d go do a bunch of cardio to “burn” those calories. Little did I know, that was all unnecessary.
I learned how to feed myself, so there is no longer any guilt. I can do the same thing for you.
