Full-Body or Bro-Split? 🤷🏽
This debate will rage on forever, but it comes down to whatever you prefer. I was on a bro-split for several years and started to hate training. It felt like so much volume, and I wasn’t enjoying it. You’ve probably felt the same thing at some point.
About 3-4 months ago, I decided to change up my routine and go with a full-body approach. I’m never going back. I’m getting better results, lowered my volume, and am enjoying my workouts again.
With my full-body program, I’m hitting each body part each day – keeping training fun and exciting.
What you should take away from this is that if you don’t enjoy your workouts, you aren’t going to see as good of results. Find the workout that you really love to do and do it!
I know people will say, well I hate to workout. Well what I say to them is, you are probably doing the wrong workout.
Our bodies are all different, so find what works for you and do the dam thing!
