Confession: Eating Carbs are NOT Ruining Your Results

​Are you afraid of the Big Bad Carb? 🥖 🍞 ⁣

Because they make you sooooo fat? ⁣

This is complete nonsense. Carbs alone are not making you fat. ⁣

With several diets to pick from these days, most of them have you cut out one entire food group or one entire macro – example: KETO. They have you cut out carbs, and this initially does work. Why? Well, without one full macro to eat, you now only have fats and proteins to pick from, which ultimately puts you in a calorie deficit. It’s flashy, and you can tell all your friends that you feel so much better, and you are losing all this weight because you’ve hit ketosis. How cool are you? 💁🏼‍♂️⁣

Fast forward a month or two, you’ve lost some weight, but you miss bread, you miss eating a sandwich, or maybe you are tired of wrapping your taco in lettuce. Yummy! Is it sustainable to go your entire life without eating carbs? YIKES! Not for me and probably not for you. ⁣

It would be best if you found a way to eat that you can sustain for your ENTIRE life. Wouldn’t it be nice to go through life eating whatever you want? That’s living your best life. YOLO! I want you to live your best life, swimming in carbs!
