The real question is: Should you be drinking these items regularly while trying to lose weight? The answer to this is probably not. ā£

Let’s face it; you are going to be hungry during a diet and much hungrier at the beginning of the diet. Drinking your calories is like throwing gasoline on a fire; your hunger is going to be raging. ā£

My advice is to switch out these drinks for zero-calorie options. Examples: Sparkling Water, Diet Soda, Green Tea, and of course, WATER! š¦ ā£

But you didn’t give a substitute for alcohol?! There is no substitute for alcohol, and sometimes you need a drink. When the time arrises, factor alcohol into your daily calorie allotment and track it, but track it correctly. I have multiple posts on here outlining how to accurately track alcohol. ā£
