Which is why I want you to plan ahead.
I know you can’t foresee everything that’s going to happen during your week.
However, you can look at social occasions or events where you know you’ll be around things that could take you off track.
Alcohol, buffets, eating out, etc.
None of these things should be avoided.
You CAN factor them in to a certain extent.
You just need to remember that…
- You can’t go buck-wild like you used to
- You will need to cut back in other areas
If you make the decision to pull back on your carbs and fats to make room for candy at the movies, you’ll stay on track.
If you make the decision to hit your protein while saving calories to have a few drinks with friends after work, you’ll stay on track.

You’ll make BOSS decisions that lead to incredible gains.
Action Steps:
- Look at what you’ve got coming up in your life.
- Is there anything that could potentially send you off track?
- If there is, figure out how to factor it in and make the decisions to make it happen.
- You WILL have to sacrifice some things, there’s no getting around that. But you don’t have to miss out and when you can do cool shit while making progress you feel incredible.
