Ridiculously Easy, Healthy Grilled Pizza Recipe

This is our go-to grilled pizza dough recipe that is so easy and incredibly fast to make. Plus, the macros are terrific! ā£

INGREDIENTSā£
āž–1 cup all-purpose or white whole wheat flour*, (5 oz )ā£
āž–1 1/2 teaspoons baking powderā£
āž–1/2 teaspoon kosher saltā£
āž–1 cup 0% Greek yogurt (we use Fage), drained if there’s any liquid on topā£
ā£
INSTRUCTIONSā£:
āž–In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt and whisk well.ā£
Add the yogurt and mix with a fork or spatula until well combined, it will look like small crumbles.ā£
āž–Lightly dust flour on a work surface and remove dough from the bowl, knead the dough a few times until dough is tacky, but not sticky, about 20 turns (it should not leave the dough on your hand when you pull away).ā£
āž–Clean and preheat the grill on high heat, covered.ā£
āž–Sprinkle a work surface and rolling pin with a little flour roll the dough out.ā£
āž–Oil the grates of the grill then add the pizza dough directly to the grill.ā£
āž–Cook, covered 2-4 minutes on one side until grill marks appear.ā£
āž–Load up your favorite toppings and put back on the grill until the cheese has melted.ā£
āž–To make this in the oven, bake the dough 450F 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway before adding the sauce and cheese.ā£
