You probably went hard yesterday for the first full weekend of football and looking to eat everything you possibly can.  It’s quite challenging to stay on track after a day of boozin but in comes this macro-friendly lox n’ bagel recipe.  Get this in your belly now before you choose something that will blow up your macros……..I see you family-sized bag of Dorritos.

​You can whip this up in under 5 minutes with the following ingredients:

-Smoked Salmon (my wife made this at home, she’s a wizard)
-Thomas Bagel Thins
-Low-Fat Philadelphia Whipped Chive Spread
-Tomatoes (diced or sliced)
-Capers
-Sliced Onion
-Sprinkle with a little Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel seasoning

Carbs – 28 grams/Fat-5 grams/Protein-27 grams
