Easy and Delicious Guilt-Free Coffee: Only 7 Carbs

If you are looking for an easy coffee recipe that gives you the same feel of Starbucks, try this one out.  This is an easy and simple way to make your coffee delicious each morning without adding in a ton of carbs and fat.  Here is all that you will you need:
-Coffee
-Fat Free Reddi Whip
-Lite Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
Total Macros:  7 carbs, 0 fat, and 0 Protein

You can add more or less to your coffee but I typically use around 19 grams of chocolate and top the cofee cup off with the Whip. Just remember to use a spoon to mix the chocolate with the coffee before adding the whip.

This simply cannot be beat!  Try it for yourself.  Easy, guilt-free coffee!
