🍳 Skip breakfast – It’s unnecessary and in no way the most important meal of the day. Breakfast foods are typically loaded with high-calorie items (think pop tarts, cereal, sugary oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, etc.) and extremely easy to overeat. And on top of those options, breakfast is usually rushed due to work/life commitments. Skip it and save your calories for later. Trust me.

🚶🏽Walk/Move! – The standard is 10K steps a day. With that said, if you are currently getting 2K steps in per day, try to double that. Over time, work your way up to 10K steps.
