Hidden Secret About Starvation Mode and if You Hit It

Next time you hear, “I’ve hit starvation mode and just can’t lose weight.” 🤦🏽‍♂️ 

Remember this.  

Starvation mode doesn’t exist, and if it did, you didn’t hit it. 🤯 

You are struggling to lose weight because you chopped your calories in half and are barely eating enough to feed a 13-pound Schnauzer.  

But then Friday night hits and you binge on enough chips and queso to feed an entire family of starving Schnauzers.  
Then you lose your shit when you weigh yourself, and the scale is up, and you’ve eaten nothing all week, and barely *ate* anything Friday night.  

Stop starving yourself through the week, so you’ll stop binging through the weekend.  

The key to a great diet is to eat as much as possible while staying in a calorie deficit.  

This allows you to lose fat while enjoying the process.  Starvation mode DOES NOT exist so it CANNOT be the reason you aren’t losing weight.
